I believe in therapeutic care for everyone. You'll never have to guess what kind of massage would be best for you because we'll work together to craft the best session for the day and make a plan for continuing care and body maintenance.

All massages include 5 minutes for intake and 5 minutes for checkout. Please fill out all requested forms prior to your session. Pressure, table heat, and music volume are all customizable- please let me know how I can make you the most comfortable.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage thoughtfully crafted to meet your individual needs. Whether you're looking for full-body relaxation or a more targeted approach to ease specific points of tension, my goal is to nurture your body using intuitive pressure, leaving your feeling refreshed and renewed.

Prenatal Massage

Intuitive massage for the expectant mother. Safely work out tension and nurture your body as yours builds a miracle inside you. Bolstering available for prone or side-lying massage. Available from early stages up until delivery.

Craniosacral Thearpy

A deeply relaxing and gentle technique designed to support the function of the central nervous system through the manipulation of the bones of the skull and the soft tissues and fascia affected by restrictions. Great for migraines and headaches, TMJ issues, and chronic pain or stress.

Headache Care

Care for active headaches with a special protocol combining craniosacral, shiatsu, and acupressure techniques to help with faster recovery through gentle and non-invasive techniques. Available in 30 or 60 minute appointments.

Auto Injury Massage

Care for your body after an auto accident. I partner with my clinic's host chiropractor, Dr Zagiba, as well as MDs and insurance to help manage pain and move your body toward healing.

Please note that a referral is necesary for insurance coverage.

Head, Hands, or Feet

Get an extra 30 minutes for those overlooked areas of the body. Available as an add-on or as limited standalone 30 minute appointments.

Auto Injury Massage

Injury massage with a doctor's referral- see Dr Zagiba, my host chiropractor, if you need a referral and to coordinate care.

Ask about continuing care pricing for the first 3 months after your insurance payments have ended.

General Policies

Important Disclosures before you book:

+ I believe in the power of massage therapy to help with pain and problems with the body. If something is distracting you from your care, please let me know so I can address the problem.

+ I am a massage therapist, not a medical doctor, and no diagnosis will be provided at any time.

+ Please ask if you have questions about whether you are eligible for massage based on a medical condition. When in doubt, please consult your primary care provider first.

+ This is a professional wellness clinic. No "favors" of any kind will be offered or fulfilled and the session will be terminated if the request comes up.

+ Payment is due at the end of your session.

+ Packages are non-refundable and expire in 3 years. Please ask for details about sharing credits if you are unable to use them.

+ If you are a Littleton Family Chiropractic patient and you had a massage credit balance transferred to Foothills Therapeutics, please note that any balance over 2 years old has been converted to a dollar amount. I request that you use your credit by the end of 2027.
