I believe in therapeutic care for everyone. You'll never have to guess what kind of massage would be best for you because we'll work together to craft the best session for the day and make a plan for continuing care and body maintenance.

All massages include 5 minutes for intake and 5 minutes for checkout. Please fill out all requested forms prior to your session. Pressure, table heat, and music volume are all customizable- please let me know how I can make you the most comfortable.

Therapeutic Massage

Massage thoughtfully crafted to meet your individual needs. Whether you're looking for full-body relaxation or a more targeted approach to ease specific points of tension, my goal is to nurture your body using intuitive pressure, leaving your feeling refreshed and renewed.

Prenatal Massage

Intuitive massage for the expectant mother. Safely work out tension and nurture your body as yours builds a miracle inside you. Bolstering available for prone or side-lying massage. Available from early stages up until delivery.

Craniosacral Thearpy

A deeply relaxing and gentle technique designed to support the function of the central nervous system through the manipulation of the bones of the skull and the soft tissues and fascia affected by restrictions. Great for migraines and headaches, TMJ issues, and chronic pain or stress.

Headache Care

Care for active headaches with a special protocol combining craniosacral, shiatsu, and acupressure techniques to help with faster recovery through gentle and non-invasive techniques. Available in 30 or 60 minute appointments.

Auto Injury Massage

Care for your body after an auto accident. I partner with my clinic's host chiropractor, Dr Zagiba, as well as MDs and insurance to help manage pain and move your body toward healing.

Please note that a referral is necesary for insurance coverage.

Head, Hands, or Feet

Get an extra 30 minutes for those overlooked areas of the body. Available as an add-on or as limited standalone 30 minute appointments.
